Fermented cayenne chillies and a splash of apple cider vinegar makes this sauce gentle on heat but deep in flavour. We cayenne chillies which are a favourite in Ethiopia. We were amazed that it gave such deep flavours but with only a mild heat. We wanted to make a sauce for the 80% of consumers who don't like spicy food, this is our solution!
