A Louisanna style chilli sauce - packed with over 66% habanero chillies which we ferment first. Then we finish this saice with a splash of apple cider vinegar. Packed with far more fruit than you'll find in other hot sauces resulting in more flavour from the habanero chilli itself to tingle your tastebuds.
